Fee Policy & Guide to Fees

Please find below information on Ideal Corporate Solutions’ (ICS) fee policy and charging structure, in respect of all Restructuring & Insolvency assignments only, which is reviewed annually. (This applies to all insolvency cases being administered at ICS relating to the appointments of Andrew Rosler and Tom Bowes, who are the licensed insolvency practitioners.) We have also provided a number of Guide to Fees in respect of various insolvency appointments, please note the commencement date of the insolvency procedure as well as the type of procedure will determine which Guide to Fees document is relevant in your case.
